Vulnerability Management Consultant
We’re looking for a Vulnerability Management Consultant for a 2-month day-rate contract. It’s a hybrid role based in Dublin, where you’ll own vulnerability management in a large enterprise environment from scanning through to fixes. That means explaining the risks clearly to technical teams and leadership, and pushing for remediation to get done.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage vulnerability scans across Windows, Azure and on-premise infrastructure
• Analyse scan results, prioritise vulnerabilities by risk and recommend fixes
• Explain technical findings to infrastructure, application and operations teams in clear, practical terms
• Push back on stakeholders where needed, explaining why fixes must be made and escalating unresolved risks
• Track remediation in ServiceNow and follow it through to closure
• Produce clear, concise reports for management on vulnerability exposure and progress
• Recommend improvements to the vulnerability management process

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in technical vulnerability management in enterprise environments
• Experience with Qualys or a similar scanning platform
• Experience tracking and reporting remediation in ServiceNow
• Good technical knowledge of Windows, Azure and on-premise infrastructure
• The confidence to push back on stakeholders and escalate risk
• Strong written skills for management-level reporting
• Experience with EdgeScan or Oracle, or of improving a vulnerability management programme, would be a bonus
